      The AgileNM group is delighted to start the 2008 year with a very special event:

      Panel on: 'Agile Adoption' with guest speakers Esther Derby, Don
      Gray and Johanna Rothman

      Please join us for an exciting discussion about Agile adoption in the
      IT industry. Our guest speakers have helped many organizations make
      the transition to this new approach and have gained many insights that
      they will share with us during the event. This session will be driven
      by your questions to make sure that you fully benefit from this
      special evening.

      Speaker's biographies:

      Esther Derby is founder of Esther Derby Associates, Inc.
      (www.estherderby.com) a consulting firm dedicated to helping teams and
      managers reach new levels of productivity. Esther's clients value her
      expertise, pragmatic approach, and her ability to reframe difficult
      interactions toward creative possibilities. Esther has worked with
      Fortune 500 firms as well as small niche market firms.

      Esther speaks and leads workshops internationally and is a regular
      contributor to several publications. Her articles have appeared in

      Is co-author of Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great (with
