Sprints, Plans and CCB's
Recently began a very complicated sprint where an IT Team has multiple customers (hey that is life) the customers teamed, came up with a single list of priorities, negotiated with the IT team and it worked like a watch – almost. One task did not get done because the teammember was sick the last day. Oh well retro says must take more Vitamin C.
Another task took 5 days to do a 4 hour estimate. Why? CCB could not meet.
(I’m letting the business owner’s take that forward.)
