UI tools are cool, but unless you have some seriously good TDD and Design Patterns disciplines they tend to be incredibly brittle.

If you are using (with some skill) the MVC pattern, UI testing becomes pretty redundant.

      Hi,

I'd like to know what UI testing tools (TestComplete, Squish, Ranorex, Selenium etc.) you are using and you're experience with them.

Are they worthwhile or is it better, if possible to assign real people to perform the tests? How easy is it to maintain the test cases etc.?

      Thanks
      Fredrik
