      Back when I was first learning about Scrum, I tried it out on my kids:

      That's not really Scrum, but it worked out well for us.

      On the business side we are starting to apply some of the techniques
      to our customer engineering team. It's a bit of a mis-fit because
      real development is not happening and each "story" has a different
      "Product Owner" in the customer. But so far the team likes the higher
      visibility of the tasks, knowing what each other is doing. It helps
      them help one another. We have some work to do there, just as our
      development team is still far away from agile or "true" Scrum.
