- May 2, 2007Point of clarification. These days are not fully devoted to
sprint/scrum related activities - more like half of each day. There
are other tasks and activities happening too (customer support,
company wide all-hands meeting, addressing requests that can be
completed in an hour or two, ...)
Sprints are 4-weeks.
Estimating time using planning poker seems to work much better than
previous attempts. Probably due to using a timer.
