Subject: Re: [Scroll Sawing] Do you sit or stand when your scrolling???

I sit, with my front edge of my table tilted downward, rear end up higher than the front, I have an office style chair, that the back and seat tilt forward or backward, height control, and on wheels, I have my footswitch mounted to a base rail on the chair, so that when I push on the switch, it locks the wheels in place, the saw runs and the chair stays in place, only think I lack now is a frig and t.v., and I could move into my shop...Dennis

I was just wondering what most people do when they are scrolling do they sit or stand??

The reason I am asking is becuase I used to have my scrollsaw mounted on a bench a little bit higher than level (when sitting in a chair) but that was beginning to hurt my back, so now I tilted my scrollsaw forward a little bit and built me a chair that is higher than the average chair and it works marvelously..

      Thanks,
