I tried uploading it to Files area, but that area is full. So let me try that again, but as a text file this time. The following is from ScoutNET itself.

I tried uploading it to Files area, but that area is full.

So let me try that again, but as a text file this time. The following is from ScoutNET itself.

      Overview:
Below is a brief summary of what makes a top leader trained. The positions trained must also include the top leader position in order for the training to reflect on reports. The positions trained date is the actual date the training was entered into the ScoutNET system and does not have to match the course and completion date. If training is entered in December with an October course and effective date, it will show as trained from December forward and will not change history.

      Packs:
The Cubmaster (CM) is the top leader for packs.
      C20 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1996 - 08/31/2001
      C21 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1967 - 12/31/1974
      C22 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1975 - 12/31/1987
      C23 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1988 - 12/31/1995
From 09/01/2001 forward, the CM must have A01 and C40 to be considered top leader trained.

      Troops:
The Scoutmaster (SM) is the top leader for troops.
      S20 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1979 - 12/31/1986
      S21 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1987 - 08/31/2001
      S22 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1972 - 12/31/1979
      S23 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1965 - 12/31/1971
From 09/01/2001 forward, the SM must have A01 and S11 and S24 to be considered top leader trained.

      Crews:
The Venturer Crew Advisor (NL) is the top leader for crews.
P20 -- for course and effective date between 10/01/1998 -08/31/2001
From 09/01/2001 forward, the NL must have A01 and P21 to be considered top leader trained.

      Ships:
The Skipper (SK) is the top leader for ships.
P20 -- for course and effective date between 10/01/1998 -08/31/2001
From 09/01/2001 forward, the SK must have A01 and P21 to be considered top leader trained.

      Teams:
The Varsity Team Coach (VC) is the top leader for teams.
Still V20 until the end of February 2002.
From 03/01/2002 forward, the VC must have A01, S11 and V21 to be considered top leader trained.

      Posts:
The Explorer Advisor (EA) is the top leader for posts.
E20 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1959-01/01/1981
E21 -- for course and effective date between 01/01/1970 to the present
L01 -- for course and effective date between 08/01/1998 to the present.

      LFL Groups:
The Lead Teacher (LT) is the top leader for in-school LFL groups.
L02 -- for course and effective dates between 01/01/1997 and the present.
