      Introduced

The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.) is
developing a new instructional program for the Electricity, Electronics and
Computer Merit Badges. The program is titled ┬│emeritbadges.org┬▓ and can be
      found at www.emeritbadges.org <http://www.emeritbadges.org/> . The mission
of emeritbadges.org project is to provide a global non-discriminatory
pre-college technology education program for boys and girls. The
emeritbadges.org project requests that individual scout troop web sites
provide a link to their new web site.

The emeritbadges.org project will be coordinating the Electronics Merit
Badge Booth at the 2005 National Scout Jamboree Merit Badge Midway.
Jamboree weather, maps, directions and photos will also be provided at
      www.emeritbadges.org <http://www.emeritbadges.org/> . Members of the IEEE
emeritbadges.org team recently conducted peer reviews of the newly revised
      Electricity and Computer Merit Badges.

If you have any questions concerning the emeritbadges.org project or the
request for a web site link, please contact Ralph W. Russell, II at
emeritbadges@.... If you can provide a link, Ralph requests that you
      send him an email.
