      The Junior Leader Training Task Force website now contains a short update
      report to let you know where the task force is in the process of rewriting the
      council-level JLTC. One note, it will soon be known as Youth Leadership
      Training Course, with the Junior replaced by youth (one of the requests of youth).

      You can see it (and access the discussion boards) by visiting:
      www.jltbsa.org.

      Included is the current timeline for release, an outline of the training
      topics and other information in a Q & A (or FAQ) sort of format. Please remember
      that what you are reading is a report on where we are in the "Draft" process,
      so something may change.
