    What I was told was that the investigation report would be destroyed, not the application. I guess so it doesn t appear that they are keeping files on you.

      Word from our 'upper echelon' professionals is that the Applications
      with the SS#s are 'maintained' at council in a 'secured environment' -
      yeah, like they're going to buy a vault and have armed guards on duty
      24/7. There has been NO talk here of destroying or returning adult
      applications with SS #s.
      The second and third copies of the NEW APPLICATION are 'blocked out' on
      copies 2 & 3 but that doesn't mean that impressions from copy 1 don't
      imprint and be distinguishable on the front or back of the other copies.
