He was quoting statistic how both side had problem. Tony Brown did a similar interveiw. The number of self destructive patients who won't do what they should is much hirer then you'd expect. Doctors who actually treat the desease according to proper protocols are much lower then expected. It seems instead of actually doing the tests and the work ups, many simply perscripe the one bribe fits all chemical cocktail. Many of the patients then take the perscription and either trade or sell them on the street.
