      Writers League of Texas Mixer

      NEW LOCATION
      Cafe Express
      Museum of Fine Art location
SE corner of Main & Binz (basement)
      5:30 to whenever

We absolutely love our new location at the Cafe Express in the Museum of
      Fine Arts
Houston and they have treated us like royalty. Come on down and bring a
      friend,
have dinner or just a drink, and mix and mingle with everyone from newbie
      writers
      to seasoned authors.

The Writers League of Texas is based in Austin, and they are trying to
      build a chapter
here in Houston to service more of their members. Eventually we will be
      offering
speakers and workshops on various aspects of the publishing industry.

For those who don't know much about the museum district, the best way to
      get there
is to take I-59 (SWFrwy) east to the Main Street exit. When you exit go
      right on
South Main to Binz which is about a half mile down South Main. Parking is free
if you park in the church parking lot on the NW corner. Also, the museum is
      free
on Thursday nights if you would like to take in some culture while you are
      there.

NO FEE to attend - Open to everyone
      Cash Bar Drinks and/or Dinner
