      Get in touch with the autocrat/event steward and let them know you are coming , that this is yyour first event, and that you haven t any garb. Most groups

        Get in touch with the autocrat/event steward and let them know you
        are coming , that this is yyour first event, and that you haven't any
        garb. Most groups have loaner garb available and if they know you
        are coming, they can fix you up for the day. Also, chack with your
        local group. They may also have loaner garb or they maybe able to
        stitch something together in a hurry. You may not get the most
        elegant garb, but it will do for the day.
