      All capsicum peppers are New World, however, black pepper is not a capsicum pepper.

      Black pepper, and white pepper which is black pepper with the skin removed, are from southern Asia.

      Like the peppers above, just because something is New World doesn't mean it didn't make it to some regions of Europe within our time period. Usually Spain and Italy. However also be aware that just because a few specimens made it back to Europe, it doesn't mean an item was commonly eaten there.
