To be honest, it never occurs to me to post here because it's always so quiet.  I have been posting elsewhere lately.

So, what are you working on?

Yes, but you can post at anytime. No need to worry that no one else is posting.

There are those sitting on the side waiting for someone to post. What's wrong with being the first to post something on topic, just to see what happens?

OK, I guess I will be the one that gets the modeling posts started again. I don't have much to report as to what I have completed or am working on, as it has been the same things for well over a year now. We purchased our home in April after a state-to-state move last Fall, and while I have my own model room in our finished basement, I just haven't had time to get down there and work. I am a college faculty member and during the semesters it just gets crazy busy.

I do need to get down there and do some cleaning, and then I have a late model Mustang to work on, a Dodge Magnum WisSP unit to finish, a MnSP CV to re-do decals for, a Lyon Co, MN SO CV to finish (which is a gift for a friend of mine who is a deputy there), a 1/48 Huey gunship to finish, and THEN I can turn around and begin to work on the 5 shelves worth of models behind me!! I can't wait to get my hands on the new Lindberg Charger that I have on pre-order. So many ideas, so little time...

Right now I have a "paying" job on the bench; a restoration of a scratchbuilt plank on frame 1950's vintage RC Chris Craft boat almost 5 feet long . I'm down to final painting and varnish then re attach the hardware.

My stuff on OTB, a Ladder Truck Conversion of the Trumpeter ALF engins. It's a model of my Job's Truck 2. Had to section the cab, lengthen the chasis make it a twin screw. Now I'm in the process of finding an engins (Detroit series 60) and measuring the body (between calls) so I cna start getting the body oin the works. I'm also scratchbuilding a Mini Squad based on a Ford F-350 Chassis.

I can't wait to get my hands on the new Lindberg Charger that I have on pre-order. So many ideas, so little time...
