Mina sama e moushi agemasu:
I know that Portugese traders were called Namban-jin.
That's fairly well known. Was there a difference when
the English and Dutch came? The Dutch were eventually
referred to as Oranda-jin...is this period, or were
they initially Namban-jin too? What would Englishmen
have been called? Or any other European countries that
may have had contact (I know there were some Italian
priests who traveled with the Portugese...?)
