For Jidai Ishou no Nuikata , try writing to the Kyoto Costume Museum ( www.iz2.or.jp). They may know where to find a copy, if they don t have any themselves.

For "Jidai Ishou no Nuikata", try writing to the Kyoto Costume Museum (
www.iz2.or.jp). They may know where to find a copy, if they don't have any
themselves. You should be able to ask them in English--they seem to have
      competent English-language skills.
