Greetings from Solveig! Two versions of Onmyoji are available from Amazon.
While the delux version may not be quite as spiffy as the version that
the Region 2 version, it is supposed to contain commentary and a booklet.
Regardless, I ordered a copy, and it should be here by the end of the week.

Greetings from Solveig! My copy of Onmyoji just arrived today. So far, I
have only looked at the trailers and part of the opening credits. It looks
like a really spiffy and fairly high budget film However, please, please,
please do not use it uncritically for documentation purposes. Aside from
the business with the costumes already mentioned by Baron Edward, I have
already spotted what look like fairly obvious anachronisms in the film.

Greetings from Solveig! If anyone is curious, the prodigal pamphlets
finally arrived at the publisher today. So I can definitely say that
Name Construciton in Medieval Japan is really truly once again back
in print. (Huge sigh of relief.) I suppose that I should mention that
Lord Alban St. Alban mailto:Alban@... is the publisher.
