      Our presentation will be "The What, Why, and How of Filegroups" -- This
      will be a video from the PASS 2012 Summit.

      Session Abstract
      Filegroups are in every SQL Server database and affect the performance,
      maintenance, and security of your data. Learn what they are and how to use
      them to create databases that perform better and are easier to maintain.

      Speaker Bio
      Jes Borland is a Consultant with Brent Ozar PLF and a Microsoft SQL Server
      MVP. She holds an AAS - Programmer/Analyst degree and has worked with SQL
      Server since 2007, primarily focusing on Reporting Services and day-to-day
      administration. She is an active member of PASS, the Director of
      Communication for MADPASS, founder of Tech on Tap, and a LessThanDot.com
      blogger. An avid runner and chef, Jes is also a frequent presenter at user
      groups, SQLSaturdays, and other community events.
