We pull up to a stop sign on our way to school and a woman and her little 3yo old boy in hand cross the street in front of us. And he deliberately honks his horn (like a blistering 140-db thing) right in this little boy's ear, who literally jumps off his feet.  And then he laughs openly. And all the mother could do was glare down at him icily.
