      Dear Colleagues,
      The Organizing Committee of KRC has extended the deadline from January 15 to February 4 (Monday).
      Please note that the application deadline for grants for young researchers, provided by KRC, is also extended to February 4.

      The IGU (International Geographical Union) Kyoto Regional Conference will be held from August 4-9, 2013. The
      main theme of the conference is "Traditional Wisdom and Modern Knowledge for the Earth's Future."

      The 'Tourism Geographies' Commission will organize the following sessions:
