It might be nice to include test feeds in the OPML, too. That way,
aggregators that can handle updated "Reading Lists" (as Dave Winer
calls them) or "Online OPML files" (as I call them) can automatically
get the new test feeds as they are created. FeederReader, for example,
can easily update an Online OPML File with the new, added feeds.
Also, it might be good policy that once a test feed is created and
published in this OPML file, that the XML at that URL never change, so
there is no confusion about "what version" of XML matches a given
screen shot. Potentially, the Feed Title could reflect a version, if
