      I'd rather there be nominative references to RFC 2822 (Internet
      Message Format), RFC 2368 (The mailto URL scheme), and RFC 1036
      (Standard for USENET Messages), with the latter being RECOMMENDED
      (giving us a full definition of the form "bull@... (Bull
      Mancuso)").
