      You can't have attributes on rdf:RDF.

      One way around the "is this an RSS1.0 document?" question is to ignore the
      concept entirely and ask "what RSS1.0 information do I get from this
      document?" (as well as information from other namespaces of interest).
      Such a parser will find meaning in //rdf:RDF//rss:channel/rss:title etc.,
      and can similarly match any instance of
      //rdf:RDF//rss:channel/rss:items/rds:Seq/rss:li/@rdf:resource with a
      matching instance of //rdf:RDF//rss:item[@rdf:about] without needing to know
      that the document is strictly speaking an RSS1.0 document.
