After the death of Mary nee WITCOMBE, Solomon married Sarah GRANT 9 Jun 1794
at Frome St John botp and was buried 21 Jun 1815 at Frome Badcox Lane. Seven
of his children, apparently by her, including two Rhodas were buried at

I have another Solomon bap. Xmas Day 1795 at St John's s/o William ROSSITER

enlisted in the St Helena garrison in 1821, was discharged in 1839 and
appears in the 1841 census with his second wife, Jane nee BURKBY. She was
dead by 1851 when he is shown as an East India Co. Pensioner with his
in-laws. He died in December that year.
Hope this helps. The naming patterns must have a significance.
