The VA movie seems pretty badass although like most fans I'm worried it won't live up to the standards of the books, but I'm really excited about it and the cast is good. It will never be as good as the books but it will be exciting and get more peeps reading the books

Subject: [rkmfans] VA MOVIE, NERVOUS AFTER VIEWING TRAILER

The trailer looks very sarcastic (like Means Girls...Ik the director directed that but still)=/ Are they going to stick to the book(s)? VA has an intensity and seriousness...Rose is very mature and badass/in charge, very adult (AND CURVY *Scarlet J or Kim K types of bodies come to mind), the actress playing Rose isn't voluptuous enough IMO. I'm hoping for an intensity/mood/attitude like the Hunger Games...that's how I interpreted the books when I read them. I don't think I am going to like the movie...the trailer comes off like a bad pick up line...
