The Yaqin is a tube buffer. Not really a processor. Typically introduces 2nd order distortion into the signal path which can be very pleasing to listen to.

Thanks to Michael Woods, I got a tube based processor (Yaqin CD2-6J1) for removing digital nasties from my Sony DVP-S7000 serving as a cd player. I recently got some new old stock RCA 6AK5 tubes to replace the china made pair it came with for $35 and now it sounds very sweet with improved channel balance and much clearer highs! I love it, and for $60 for the Yaqin and the $35 tube swap mod, my $95 dollars couldn't be better spent and just in time for the new year! -Paul
