Re: [revelation-list] Uniform Font Request
- One more item regarding fonts. Any unicode font which covers the particular language area can be substituted for any other unicode font covering the same language area. If one uses Arial Unicode but someone else only has Gentium, that will work equally well as will Cardo or Titus Cyberbit Basic. Everyone doesn't need to use the same font.
Therefore, O faithful Christian, search for truth, hear truth,
learn truth, love truth, speak the truth, hold the truth,
defend the truth till death.

Subject: [revelation-list] Uniform Font Request
I am enjoying the resent dialog and topic. It is refreshing to see the list
so active again, after a long semester of [mostly] silence.
However, I see that we are not always using the same Greek font. I suspect
some of your messages are as difficult to read as mine.
Therefore, I'd like to request we all move to the same electronic font. I do
not recall if we had decided on a common font [but feel free to correct me
if I am wrong].
My recommendation would be the free SBL Greek font, but it is not yet
available [a .95 beta version is available at
http://groups. msn.com/SBLFonts /documents. msnw]. However, one must join the
group to have access to it.
Perhaps a better route would be the more easily accessible SP Leagcy font
"Biblos" designed by James R. Adair:

I am open to other suggestions as well...
