Group Description

The St. Louis Rehabbers Club is a collection of folks interested in rehabbing in St. Louis City. The group first met in the Fall of 2000 and was organized by local Realtor Marti Frumhoff. It was developed out of a need to find answers and resources for our rehabbing needs. Soon after that first meeting this Yahoo Group was started and we've never looked back.

In addition to the listserv, we hold neighborhood tours of rehab/renovation projects to provide first-hand learning and sharing of experiences. We also host classes on related topics throughout the year. In December, we hold our annual Board Meeting with elections followed by our Holiday Party. Information about these projects will be posted to the listserv.

The group's FREE ListServ is the place where members field questions and share information. Topics may range from historic tax credits and working with contractors to finding a property to rehab and securing financing. Whether you're interested in residential or commercial properties, a long-range commercial redevelopment plan or rehabbing a bathroom in your house, this group can be helpful to you. We provide support, encouragement and reliable how-to information – all for FREE!

To subscribe to the FREE ListServ, click the blue Join This Group button at the top of this page or send an email request to rehabbersclub-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. For more information, email the Rehabbers Club: RehabbersClub@gmail.com or visit www.rehabbersclub.org
