Healthy Living Through Yog and Pranayam
A simple regime of eight breathing exercises, twelve asans (physical postures) and twelve light exercises is advocated by Swami Ramdev Maharaj as a formula for curing or managing most diseases and maintaining good health.

Nobody can deny that to prevent an illness is far better than to have to cure one. So it's important to live a life that prevents illness from developing, rather than to have to deal with it afterwards. We want to be healthy and stay that way.
