All SRQ Processes and Reports fail in our development and QA
environments, since two weeks. We tried copying the bin directory
from production, the pssqr.ini and prcs.cfg are identical o both the
      environments.
Only thing i noticed was that in PSPRCSPARMS, the OUTDEST on
development is %%Log/Output Directory%%, whereas on Production, it
      is:
      D:\psoft\hr83pt822\appserv\prcs\DB_HRPRD\log_output\SQR_PER003_77647
      \PER003_77647.PDF.
When we create a Process Scheduler to run from Production Machine,
it works fine. The error we get is:

There was a folder with the name of sqrw, which somebody created
recently and was causing the sqrs to fail. Remember no files/folder
with the name od sqrw and no extension should be sitting in the binw
          folder.
