      Hi All,

I have run into a strange issue where a user is thrown out of PeopleSoft when trying the access the pages in the Report Manager Component. This issue was being faced only by a few users from a particular location. However, they were able to view the reports from the Process Monitor link. Now a user has reported that he is thrown out of PeopleSoft even when entering his login credentials with the same error message " An error has occured in the system". I checked the App- Server Logs during the time when the users got the error message.

I bounced the app server domain after re-configuring but to no avail. Could someone please share his/her thoughts on the above error message is he / she has seen it ever and resolutions to it?

Time is of the essence and I have to fix this issue asap. Many thanks for your help in advance.

      Kind Regards,
      Devesh.
