In the merit of this learning may Yocheved bat Miriam and Yeshayahu ben Miriam each be blessed with complete health, happiness, success, clarity, and only revealed good.

The more virtues you see in others, the more positive you will feel towards them. Focus on what you personally like about the people with whom you interact. When you live with a feeling of love for others, you live a much richer and deeper life.

Even if you do not yet feel love for someone, when you feel a need to deliver criticism put yourself in the state "as if" you feel love for them. If you did love them, what would you say? How exactly would you word your message/ If you did love them, what would your tone of voice sound like? A word of warning: There is a major difference between faking love, which is insincere and whose phoniness can be felt, and acting "as if" for the other person's benefit.
