Re: [probe_control] Why Hasn't Warner Archives Released Search on MOD YET?
- Actually, WAC is working on 'Search', getting it ready for DVD on Demand (DVDoD). Problem is that 'Search' is in a queue with all of those other shows (and more) and has to wait its turn.
That said, WAC had finally released 'Search''s Pilot movie, "PROBE" a couple of years ago via DVDoD. So if you visit the WAC web site you should still be able to get at least the pilot movie on DVD to tide you over until the series is ready for release.
(And on that note, since it's been a while since we've gotten any updates, is there anything new on the status of 'Search' and where it is in the queue?)

Probably because Warner Bros. is still making money in other countries when they show the series there. I would give it another year or so before the complete series will be out on DVD somewhere.

With all the stuff Warner Archives has and is releasing it is suprising that the entire 1972-1973 TV Series Search has not been released On DVD-R by Warner Archives. I wonder if there might be some ownership rights issues that is keeping Search from getting released? Does anyone here have any information on the reasons why Search hasn't been released yet and what are the prospects of Search getting released in 2013 on DVD-R?
Thanks And GOD BLESS!
