What property is shared by these numbers :

63, 117, 171, 275, 315, 333, 441, 513, 549, 585, 603, 657, 693, 711, 775, 819, 825, 855, 873, 927, 981, 999, ...

Clue: It's quite closely related to the subject-matter of my previous mail.

Other clues (practically leading up to a full answer) rot13-ed...

1) gurer ner ab fdhnerserr ahzoref ba gung yvfg

2) gur zhygvcyvpngvir beqre bs 2 vf vzcbegnag

3) urer'f ubj I trarengrq gung yvfg
sbefgrc(a=3,1000,2,ba=b2(a);y=fdegvag(a);sbeqvi(a,q,vs(q>y,arkg);bq=b2(q);p=a\q;bp=b2(p);t=tpq(q,p);vs(ba!=ypz(bq,bp)*t,cevag(a": "q" b="bq" * "p" b="bp" -> "ba" abg "t"*"ypz(bq,bp)))))

I notice that 441 is unique in the above list by having an additional property, but looking further gives others such as 1521, 1539, 1575, 2205, 2475, 2925, 2997, .... What was it about 441 that was different from the others in my original list?
