      that asymptotically the proportion of primes p with
      morder(a,p) = p-1 among all primes tends to A(a), where a is an integer which is not a square and not -1. The Artin's constant (0.3739...) is given by the well-known related formula.

      The question is, what is the corresponding formula for calculating the proportion of primes p with morder(a,p)=(p-1)/2 (which seems to tend to 0.2804...), the corresponding formula for calculating the proportion of primes p with morder(a,p)=(p-1)/3 (which seems to tend to 0.0664...), etc?
