      According to wikepedia, the Riemann hypothesis
      essentially says that primes are as regularly
      distributed as possible. Is this equavalent to saying
      that primes are as lawfully distributed as possible?
      or primes are as non-randomly distributed as possble?
      or the gaps between primes are as close to the average
      as possible?
