      Here are some:

      10^a+a a = 1, 9, 69, 313, 451

      10^b-b b = 3, 23, 171, 903

      2^x+x x = 1, 3, 5, 9, 15, 39, 75, 81, 89, 317, 791, 735, 1311, 1881, 3201, 3225

      2^y-y y = 3, 9, 13, 19, 21, 55, 261

      10^k+2^k+k k = 1, 11, 17, 85

Notice the prime "cousins" 2^3+3 and 2^3-3 and 2^9+9 and 2^9-9.
