    Ah, the joys of improving the system. I changed the hardcoded directory paths to use Perl s FindBin qw($Bin) ; but apparently PHP is masking the directory

      Ah, the joys of "improving the system." I changed the hardcoded
      directory paths to use Perl's "FindBin qw($Bin)"; but apparently
      PHP is masking the directory from FindBin (works fine with cgi')
      when executing command line...

      Anyway, try again--I switched back to hard coded paths on the
      key routines. (I'll think of a better system--because I
      need the paths to be relative).
