      Hi,
I am happy to announce the finding of a record CC3 today:

      2366867925*2^17206+1 Cunningham chain 2nd kind (p) 5189 digits
      2366867925*2^17207+1 Cunningham chain 2nd kind (2p-1) 5190 digits
      2366867925*2^17208+1 Cunningham chain 2nd kind (4p-3) 5190 digits

this is the first CC3 above 5000 digits. To find it, I serached about
250 values of n in k.2^n+1 with the k range from 1 to 4 billions.
Sieve using NewPGen and primality test using Openpfgw.

A lot of luck to find it!!!

        Congratulations!

This is also the largest known case of 3 simultaneous primes (improving your own
        CC 1st kind record).

          Congrulations from me, too.

I have updated the CC record list in the file section. Jens Kruse
Andersen will update the corresponding web page.

In addition the following CC records have been improved:

          CC15 by Alm/Andersen from 22 to 23 digits.
CC6 by myself from 336 to 417 digits.

The new CC6 record is also a new record for the largest known case of
          6 simultaneous primes.

          Regards,
          Dirk Augustin

Indeed. Congratulations on your big CC6:
            33692909611*977#*2^n-1, n=0..5

This is not as easy to beat as last time (where I improved Dirk's CC6 record
            before it was published).
Your new record is safe from me for the moment.
