Actually Shannon is a very nice lady and it is a hard time to
be doing her job. But I appreciate the emails she has gotten and
suspect they are the only reason I got the phone call from her
and the promise to send someone over "soon" (we'll see if it
"murdered" was a bit strong and I am no longer very angry (just
very annoyed and anxious to see this person come repair things...)
But the moral is: don't mess with someone else's machine when you
don't have too; you'll get blamed for whatever goes wrong!
