      Rules are unclear. Why not
      f(p)=(p-1)! + (p+1)^p
      or for that matter
      f(p)=(p-1)! + (p^p^p...^p^p^p+1)^p^p^p....^p^p^p
      with as many exponentiations as one cares to type?
