      You're probably right. Pataki's already formed an
      exploratory committee. But I expect that at least one
      person from Bush's cabinet will be in the primaries.
      But just going by statistics, governors are more
      electable than senators, cabinet members, or anything
      else (statistics for recent times anyway- other than
      bush sr., the last president who had never been a
      governor was ford).
