Found this rare book on Gutenberg:

We talked about William Henry Seward before. He was the NY Governor
and the frontrunner of the 1860 GOP presidential primary, in which the
dark horse candidate former Congressman Abraham Lincoln was eventually
nominated. This book, written by a would-have-been president on the
president who happened to be the son of a president, is a gem for all
      history buffs.
