This yahoo group is for those interested in the ambitious Residential project “Prestige Shantiniketan” at Bangalore. It is 100 acre residential and commercial project near ITPL which is under construction at this time.
I created this group in March 2005 so that it can provide a medium for communication to those who invested in this property and those who are going to make Prestige Shantiniketan as their home. The group is also open to prospective buyers who wants to join the group to get feedback on the project, get more information from the owners and look for the apartments which are available for sell.
In future, when we live in this project, it will be open to tenants as well.
Please note that this yahoo group is for the “Prestige Shantiniketan Community” which we are going to have. This means we will even allow real estate agents, grocery suppliers, or any other service provider who can provide any value add to the community.
The yahoo group is moderated by me and a team of moderators to make sure that you do not receive any spam and the postings only useful to the community is approved.
Currently in Aug 08, the group has more than 800 members. Most of them are those who have bought apartments in this project and few prospective buyers.
Starting October 1st, 2008 I am going to make an important change. To make a posting related to buy/sell/rental or any other postings of commercial interest, you will require to make a donation to any charity organization of your choice or you will have to pay a fees. Will be publishing the schedule shortly. Also, real estate agents or other service providers can join the group on making such donation or paying the fees.
