I've either organized or played a part in a few the past few years.
For starters, I assume you have a service (WebEx, etc.). For the
presentation, like any, best to keep it like any other live
presentation (30-45 minutes, plus Q&A time). Will this be for
customers, or more like a press event?
The ones I've been involved have been more media-related, so the
audience is smaller.
My best advice is to treat it like any other event, other than for
some of the contact and follow up (e-mail, if that is preferred by
