           There's an interesting new technology rolling out. It uses a windmill to compress air and condense the water in that air. This would be good to have in, say, the West Texas area. A usefull machine if one is building in an arid environment, but... quite pricy now at around $750,000/ unit.          
           Hopefully the production of this system can be scaled up so that mass production can bring the price down a long ways.
           That's not an unrealistic hope.

           There are a lot of clever and talented folks around who can build their own versions of this as well.
