The CT110 winker relay requires a certain amount of bulb Watts to cycle on/off. Inside the winker relay, a strip of metal is alternately heating and bending,

Ok thanks for the replies. My goal was to have basically no electrics except for ignition, i.e. no ignition switch, no need for lights, just kick and go. I

Remove or unplug the regulator/rectifier. Disconnect the Yellow stator wire from the headlight switch. Ignition switch works normally, no globes and no battery

just pull the coloured wires apart from ignition switch i think leave the black one connected that way the kill switch will still work ,the head light may run

i have heard but never atempted this tale you can disconnect one of the ignition switch wires, i think the one that goes to ground the bike will then start
