      It means the list was not reachable at that time, and postscreen
      didn't use dnswl for that connection. If you get these for every
      query every time, you may be blocked; see www.dnswl.org/license

      The test lookup for dnswl (and almost every RBL) is
      # host 2.0.0.127.list.dnswl.org

      which should respond
      2.0.0.127.list.dnswl.org has address 127.0.10.0
