timeout. By default postfix waits 300s for RCPT TO response.
If you can "dynamically" adjust the wait time that would be
even better - add 10 seconds at some low level, 60 seconds at
some intermediate level, 270 seconds at critical level, alarm
but be aware you're just spraying perfume on the problem.
